Are you logging in and seeing a pricing page instead of your app? There could be two reasons why this is happening.
Failed Payments (most common)
Most likely, if you see the pricing page, your account has an open invoice(s). You will need to move through the payment page by updating your card and paying for the pending charges left in your account.
If you are unsure what could have caused this charge, it would be your subscription renewal or any additional charges. Click “view/edit billing details” to see all history of your account.

Wrong Login Email
Sometimes, users log in using a different email than they signed up with initially. If you see a pricing page and want help checking which email is associated with your account, send us an email at email@example.com, and our team can help.
